Hello, hallo and hi! This si a very special issue. It's the lazy issue. You will see.
So we need:
Eggs
Pepper (red, yellow, green, whatever)
Onions
Salt, pepper and herbs. Gute Würze!
Zubereitung:
First slice the pepper and Onions in pieces.
Give some oil in a pan and heat it up.
While the oil is becoming hot, zu have to make Rührei for the Omelett.
Just scramble some eggs and give the Gewürze to it.
The first thing you give into the pan with the hot oil are the pepper pieces. Brutzel them a little bit. But! Not to long and turn the heat down. At least you have to half the heat-Zufuhr.
Then the onions.
Now you give the Rührei into the pan and let it get hard. You have to be patient. Take your time, or the pepper and onions will be verbrannt.
Before the Rührei is hard on the surface give one or two eggs on it; without the eggshell of course.
Now you have to cover the food with a Deckel, in order that the heat can not disappear and the raw egg can become a good Spiegelei.
When it looks really good an eatable (the base should not be to dark, and absolutely not black!) get it out the pan and place it on a plate.
The Ergebnis should look kinda like this:
Eat it.
